Managing Director
Founder, Tolla Baroutsos has a career spanning over 30 years as a successful IT entrepreneur. He brings a depth and breadth of business experience to the table through his involvement with companies of all sizes across multiple industries.
His technical knowledge and business acumen enables him to implement IT strategies that deliver real value with measurable outcomes.
His key responsibilities are to ensure that customers benefit from the latest innovations in technology, through early adoption and strategic delivery.
His mission is simple: to protect the interests of the clients he serves.
SEAN JOHNSON
Technical Director
Sean co-founded Mi-IT in 2009 as Director of Technology. His main focus remains on engineering a robust, reliable IT infrastructure which now serves our customer base. Sean also ensures that the Mi-IT platform evolves with the ever-changing IT landscape and that it delivers security, reliability and simplicity.
Sean’s depth and breadth of technical knowledge has been acquired over a period of 20 years in the industry. He holds professional qualifications and experience in Cloud Technologies, Networking, Virtualization, Security and IT management.
As a stakeholder in the company, he feels a great accomplishment knowing that his work positively impacts the growth of many other businesses.
CATERINA BAROUTSOS
Finance and Administration
Caterina has extensive experience in business, having previously built and sold two businesses. She understands the value of a customer-centric approach and believes that in this age of the customer, that a ‘business-as-usual’ approach simply is not enough.
Her focus at Mi-IT is to support the directors in creating, maintaining and delivering on their brand promises.
