At Mi-IT we remain committed to investing in a new generation of talented staff. Luke Turner is no exception. A born and bred Aucklander, Luke had decided to carve out a career for himself in IT.
When we recruit new members of staff, we assess them on technical skills, attention to detail and most importantly their attitude to customer care. In the short time he has been with us, Luke has already proven himself to be a customer support wiz! Our customer feedback has been overwhelmingly positive: they are enjoying having him at the other end of the telephone when they call in for IT support.
Luke has a passion for learning; he is curious about his environment and how things operate. The ever-changing IT environment keeps him challenged and suites his natural technical abilities.
In his spare time, Luke is building a Tiny Mobile Home! This endeavor requires an unusually high level of attention to detail. It also calls for careful planning and execution – a skill that translates well in the IT environment.
We feel enormously proud to have him join the Mi-IT team and look forward to seeing him go from strength to strength.
